Our work experience placements will introduce you to the future of aerospace. Join active projects, learn new skills, and discover new talents.

We offer regular, week-long placements to anyone between 14 and 18. You’ll be guided by our dedicated work experience champions and get the chance to explore career opportunities across aerospace.

Your responsibilities include:

General administration
General maitenance of SAP system
Attending meetings and taking minutes
Working on a full rotation across the HR function to experience a number of different roles

Good communication skills
Good IT skills
Work accurately with attention to detail
Good organisation skills
Have an interest within Human Resource, Employee Engagement and Learning and Development
